Response to Questions from the Constitution

1) Do you think its good that the articles and amendments are written vaguely or should they be more specific?
In my opinion, I think the Constitution should have been written more specifically so nothing could be up for interpretation. This would prevent any conflicts regarding the law because every little detail would already be decided. Also, if the Founding Fathers were more specific when writing the Constitution then there would be no need for the tenth amendment because all powers would already be drawn out specifically between the state and federal governments.

2)Why should we follow a guideline made by rich protestant white men over 200 years ago?
In my opinion, we shouldn't be following a document created by white protestant men 200 years ago because it doesn't make any sense. Its contradictory how this document was made to protect the citizens of the United States, but it obviously looks out for the self-interest of the Founding Fathers. We live in a country of different races, religions, and ethnicities, so the laws shouldn't favor one specific group, which I believe it does in certain places. I believe the Constitution should be re-written in today's standards and should be updated to promote the interest of the diverse people we have living in our country,
